Cancellation Policy

Vegas is Visual Arts – Photo Booth Rental Policy 1. Booking & Payment • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event. • Last-minute bookings (within 14 days) require full payment upfront. • Payments are accepted via credit/debit card, Zelle, Venmo, or cash. 2. Cancellation & Refunds • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event receive a refund minus the deposit. • Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable. • Reschedules may be accommodated based on availability, with a rescheduling fee if made within 7 days of the event. 3. Event Requirements • A dedicated 10x10 ft space with access to one standard power outlet is required. • Outdoor events must provide adequate coverage (tent, shade, etc.) to protect equipment. • The client must ensure venue approval and compliance with all venue policies. 4. Setup & Breakdown • We arrive 30 minutes to 1 hour before the scheduled start time for setup. • The rental period includes active photo booth time; setup and breakdown do not count toward this time. • If the event exceeds the scheduled rental time, additional hours may be available at $145 per hour, subject to staff availability. 5. Damages & Liability • The client is responsible for any damages caused by guests to the booth, props, or equipment. • Vegas is Visual Arts is not liable for venue-related power failures, Wi-Fi issues, or any other venue-based disruptions. 6. Photo & Video Rights • We may use event photos/videos for marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing. 7. COVID-19 & Force Majeure • If the event is postponed due to government restrictions or unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to reschedule without penalty. By booking with Vegas is Visual Arts, you agree to these terms.
